  1. As we all know, there is nothing we can do to control the prices at the pump. Cutting back on driving and making only necessary trips is the way to conserve. I also stumbled across a website that talks about fixed price gasoline. GasBankUSA, http://www.gasbankusa.com has a plan to lock in a price for gas even if the price goes up.
